🍟 Our Story: From Late-Night Chats to Sizzling Patties

SNAX didn’t start with a business plan. It started with two friends—me (Rico the Chef) and Pascal le Grand Frère—talking about burgers the way other people talk about love, travel, or childhood memories. We weren’t just dreaming about food. We were dreaming about our food. About a place that felt like us: bold, warm, fun, and unpretentious.

We’ve been through a lot together—overcooked ideas, undercooked plans, burnt buns (yep, it happened). But every misstep got us one step closer to the perfect bite. The kind of burger that makes you pause mid-chew and say: yo, this slaps. Then came the day we found the perfect little spot in Asok. Rooftop? Check. Central location? Check. Crazy idea to turn fast food into a gourmet-but-chill experience? Double check. That’s when the real adventure began.

To bring it all to life, we teamed up with an incredible French chef—our third musketeer—who helped us take classic street food and make it sing. Gourmet ingredients, fresh produce, top-tier buns, everything made with heart and hustle.

SNAX Bangkok isn’t just our restaurant. It’s a lifelong friendship served on a toasted bun. And every person who walks through our doors? You’re part of the story now too.
